Directions:
From the North (Frisco, McKinney, Allen, etc.):
- From US 75 (Central Expressway), exit Churchill Way/Forest Lane while traveling south.
- Perform a U-turn at Forest Lane onto the service road and the hospital will be immediately on the right.
- Our office is located in the Forest Park Tower (closest to Forest Lane).
From the South (Dallas, Waco, etc.):
- From US 75 Central Expressway northbound, exit Forest Lane and the hospital will be immediately on the right.
- Our office is located in the Forest Park Tower (closest to Forest Lane).
From the West (Coppell, Carrolton, Farmers Branch, etc.):
- Take I-635/LBJ Freeway toward Central Expressway/US-75.
- Exit Coit Rd prior to reaching US-75.
- Turn right (south) on Coit Rd.
- Turn left on Forest Lane.
- Turn Left on the service road at US-75 and the hospital will be immediately on the right.
- Our office is located in the Forest Park Tower (closest to Forest Lane).
From the East (Garland, Mesquite, etc.):
- Take I-635 Westbound toward US-75.
- Take Exit 17 for Abrams Rd.
- Turn slight left onto Forest Lane.
- At US-75 (2.2 miles) turn right on the service road and the hospital will be immediately on the right.
- Our office is located in the Forest Park Tower (closest to Forest Lane).
